· The UNESCO will be present in Liuzhou, Mr. Osotimehin Folarin, senior science policy adviser will come directly from UNESCO headquarters in France to make a presentation.

· Mr. Zalila Mounir, former president of the Tunisia investment promotion agency, and currently Consultant to The International Trade Centre UNCTAD/WTO has given his final agreement to participate to the global forum.

· We have the great pleasure to announce that Ms. Sekitoleko, head representative of FAO in China will make an expected speech on the South – South cooperation on investment

· We will have more high level guests from Africa, with Mr. Ramushu, first secretary of the South African Embassy in Beijing having confirmed his participation.

· For other diplomatic news, we are glad to announce that HE Mr. Kamyshev and Mr. Semko, ambassador and first secretary of the Ukrainian embassy in Beijing will join us in Liuzhou. We will count as well on the participation of HE Mr. Rodrigo Yepez and Mr. Luis Fernando Rojas, ambassador and commercial office director of the Ecuadorian embassy in Beijing. From Latin America, we are also pleased to announce confirmation from HE Mr. Luis Almagro, Ambassador of Uruguay in China.

· Mr. Holtz, senior representative of WASME in France has agreed to join the event and to make a presentation dedicated to the relationship between FDI and SMEs

· Austria will be represent by Dr. Martin Glatz, Consul and Trade Commissioner and by Ms. sharon Zhang, Chief Representative of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

· We are very please to welcome Mr. Peter Bowie, CEO China of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. Mr. Bowie will deliver a speech.

· We are very pleased to welcome Mr. John Christie, Consul Trade and Investment. Mr. Christie will represent The British Consulate General in Guangzhou.

· His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Ivory Coast, Mr. Alain Nicaise Papatchi Coffie, will be present during the UNIDO Global Forum 2007, held in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, China.

· Mr. Pascal Gondrand, will represent the French Economic Mission of Guangzhou in his quality of French Trade Commissioner for South China.

· His Excellency the Ambassador Mahmoud Allam and the Counsellor Mohammed Elewa will represent Egypt during the Global Forum on Industrial Park Management and Investment Attraction 2007 organizes in Liuzhou City.

· Mrs. Monique Barbut, Director of Global Environment Facility, will not be able to come, but a representative of GEF in China, will represent GEF during the Forum and read a speech on Mrs. Barbut’s behalf.

· Ambassador Rokas Bernotas and Minister Counselor for the Republic of Lithuania have given their final agreement to represent their country during the Forum

· From South America, a number of ambassadors are expected, first of them are the ambassador of Argentina Mr Juan Carlos Morelli, and the trade commissioner of the embassy of Chile in China Mr Artaza. They should be followed by high representatives from Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador and Paraguay

· From Asia, we will glad to welcome the ambassador of the Republic of Mongolia his Excellency Mr. Galsan BATSUKH.

· Mr. Jagat Shah, leader of one of the most powerful NGO in India Cluster Pulse, will give speech.
